Cascade Sound is a full time service center. We employ three full-time techs available for in house work and Service Calls. Typical turn around time for repairs is 3-5 days dependening upon parts availibity and stock. For older/obsolete items, turn around time may vary due to schematic diagram availability and parts.

Shop Labor Rates:
The standard shop rate is $72.00 an hour. Expedited service may be performed for an additional fee. Out of shop, Service Calls, are billed at $72.00 an hour from the time the technician leaves the shop to the time he returns, plus mileage.
