RENTAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Reservations:
| · | All rentals must be reserved in advance to ensure the equipment will be available. |
| · | Reservations may be made by using your credit card number to hold equipment, or by pre-paying at least 50% of the rental amount. All pre-payments are non-refundable. |
Rental Rates & Time Periods:
| · | Rental rates are subject to change without notice. |
| · | All rentals are to be paid at time of pick up. |
| · | Rentals are to be picked up after 1:00 pm. Rentals must be returned by 12:00 noon on the date specified or a late fee will be charged. |
| · | Charges are based on the time items are in renter’s possession, whether in use or not. |
Cancellations & Late Fees:
| · | 24 hours advance notice is required for all reservation cancellations. |
| · | A $25 restocking fee will be charged for any cancellation without 24 hours prior notification. |
| · | A pro-rated daily rental rate (1 full day’s rent) will be charged for all late returns. |
Security Voucher:
| · | A major credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) and valid government issued identification is required for all rentals. |
| · | Cosigners are accepted but must be present to sign contract and security voucher. |
| · | Check cards (debit cards) are not acceptable for securing equipment, even though it may have a Visa or MC logo. |
Cables and Cords:
| · | All cables must be separated, coil wrapped, and tied upon return. |
| · | $5.00 fee will be charged for each cable not returned in the same condition as it was rented. |
Refund Policy:
| · | Refunds are issued ONLY in the event of equipment failure, which is not the fault of the renter. |
| · | We do not offer cash refunds. Any refund will be issued in the form of a store credit. Any loss or damage is the responsibility of the renter. |
